DEAR GUEST please take your time to read the new sanitary protocols and procedures we will be doing until further notice inside our facilities. Yours and our staff health is our number one priority therefore we will need your cooperation.


General

  1. Keep safe distance of at least 3ft. from other people.
  2. Regular hand washing every 30 minutes or when needed.
  3. Use of hand sanitizer every time you enter or exit a room.
  4. All our staff will be wearing masks at every moment on property.
  5. The use of masks for guests and visitors is mandatory in certain areas.
  6. Cover nose and mouth with the inside of the arm when coughing and sneezing.
  7. Disinfect cell phones with a disinfectant wipe every 60 min or when necessary.
  8. Elvevator max. capacity 4 people.
  9. Health condition of all the staff will continuosly evaluated.
  10. Hugs, kisses and handshakes or any non necessary physical contact between guests and the staff is forbidden.


Upon your arrival

  1. Your luggage will be disinfected upon your arrival.
  2. Your body temperature will be taken every time you enter the hotel.
  3. Please help us doing your payments using credit or debit cards. Card terminals will be disinfected after every payment.
  4. We will limit the number of guests doing check in and we will respect safe distance at every moment.
  5. We will provide you a mask to be used in stipulated zones and outside the hotel.


Common areas

  1. All surfaces such as handrails, counters, tables, etc. will be cleaned and disinfected every hour.
  2. Sweeping and mopping frequence will increase.
  3. Elevators will be sanitized every hour.
  4. Hand sanitizer dispensers have been placed in every floor, please use it frequently.


In your suite

  1. Every surface in the rooms will be cleaned and disinfected every day (tables, sink, faucets, locks, telephone, remote, etc).
  2. Bed sheets and towels will be removed and changed for clean ones everyday.
  3. All housekeeping staff will be wearing special protection equiptment to enter the rooms.

  5. Before and after your arrival, the mattress in your room will be completely disinfected.
  6. Waiters will deliver food at the door of the room in SUITE SERVICE.
  7. Minibar product are for sale only on demand. Please call EXT. 5118 if you want any of the products we offer.
  8. External visitors will have to register and have their body temperature taken and go through the disinfection process.

We have medical service 24/7. In case of any symptom of respiratory disease, please let us know. 


Serenity
Spa & Fitness Center

  • Spa
  1. If you experiment any kind of respiratory disease symptom, please let us know before your massage.
  2. Your body temperature will be taken before any spa service.
  3. Before your massage appointment, take a shower either in your room or in the showers located at Mantamar or The Top.
  4. Our massage cabins, massage tables and all our equiptment at Serenity and Mantamar will be cleaned and disinfected after every service.
  5. Our staff will be wearing special protection equiptment for every spa service.
  6. The manicure and pedicure tools will be sterilized after every service.
  • Fitness center
  1. We limited the maximum occupancy in the gym to 5 people.
  2. The gym will operate from 8:30am to 6:00pm from monday to sunday.
  3. The use of the gym will be under reservation only, scheduled every 1.5 hours.
  4. Only guests with Almar bracelet will be able to use the gym.
  5. Please wash your hands and use hands sanitizer frequently
  6. The equipment will be constantly sanitized.
  7. The use of hand towel is strictly mandatory.
  8. A/C is constantly disinfected.


The Top Sky Bar

  1. The Top will operate 50% of its maximum occupancy. Tables will be separated at least 3 ft. from each other.
  2. Use hand sanitizer before entering The Top.
  3. Food and beverages service at the bar is cancelled until further notice.
  4. Table cloths and cloth napkins will not be used for now.
  5. Before your service, our waiters will disinfect the table and the menus.
  6. All the staff will be using mask at every moment.
  7. We will continue to practice the “Distinctive H”* standars in the food and beverages preparation.
  8. Please help us doing your payments using credit or debit cards. Card terminals will be disinfected after every payment.
  9. Hugs, kisses and handshakes or any non necessary physical contact between guests and the staff is forbidden.
  10. Jacuzzis are chlorinated daily.

Mantamar Beach Club

  1. Mantamar will operate 50% of its maximum occupancy. Tables and beach chairs. will be separated at least 3 ft. from each other, unless you’re with a group of people.
  2. Your body temperature will be taken before entering the beach club.
  3. Use hand sanitizer before entering Mantamar.
  4. Beach chairs, cabanas and menus will be desinfected before service. Please wait at the entrance until our host asign you a place.
  5. All the staff will be using mask at every moment.
  6. Before you leave, please put your towel in one of the desingnated containers.
  7. Keep safe distance with people that don’t belong to your party
